CommentConfig manages a set of Widows Shell Extensions that allow you to add a comment to the Property Page for any file. Great for commenting your downloads. Comment shows as Tooltip for supported file types: .arc, .arj, .cab, .exe, .gif, .gz, .jpg, .lzh, .msi, .rar, .rpm, .tar, .tgz, .txt, .Z, and .zip CommentConfig comes with HtmlHelp .chm file. Files may be copied and moved with comment using the included Shell Extensions.
