Program Description

Create schedules where up to 25 employees are assigned to a category (manager, cook, etc.), a location (Store A, Store B, etc.) and a time (10:30 AM - 4:30 PM) each day for up to a month. Daily shift assignments are made from drop-down menus of qualified employees. The spreadsheet can enforce age-related work rules and keep track of your payroll based on employee wages and scheduled hours. The spreadsheet can also e-mail your schedules and create a file to transfer schedules to your PDA, Smart Phone and Outlook Calendar. The spreadsheet produces individual schedules and comes in sizes for 25, 50,100 and 200 employees. Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet program is required. During the free trial period restrictions apply with respect to the number of schedules displayed. Spreadsheets for other scheduling applications are available at the website.
