Long messages are charged per 160 characters, but received as one message. -Unicode support: EU Comm SMS automatically recognises if an SMS message is a Unicode message, and sends the message accordingly. Note: The receiving hand-set needs to support Unicode. Further, Unicode requires more transfer capacity, thus Unicode SMS messages are limited to 69 characters.
