Easy Time is the diary with integrated alarm clock, time synchronization and skinnable clock. Each alarm can be set using several schedules. It is possible to perform additional actions on desired alarm events. Experts are given all options without hiding, beginners are not overwhelmed by the interface. With Easy Time, you can set alarms using several, distinctive schedules - combine single, periodic and aperiodic time schedules. You can label each alarm using name, subject and have a note to track anything, what?s related. Moreover, Easy Time can send such information as e-mail while acting as e-mail client. A program, or a batch script, can be run on an alarm event as well. Next, it is possible to adjust look and sound of the alarm, define its durability and to postpone it on event, if desired. Alarms are being watched until canceled and you can set whether to show missed events or not. If desired, you can un/pause all alarms at once. The built-in diary gives you an easy to use view on week by displaying quick information about events and notes for each day together with quick notes. By selecting a day, you're getting full access to all alarms planned on such day and all notes related to. Such note posses the rich text formatting with features and interface of text processor. To import files or export notes into files, you can take advantage of installed MS Office file filters. With taken of the auto-run capability and diary startup option you can configure Easy Time to show you all notes and alarms for current day, each time you turn your computer on. There's a function to synchronize time via Internet. 281 time servers are supplied and synchronization can use multiple-queries to eliminate network lag, and you can set it to be performed automatically, or manually. To watch time, a skinnable clock is at your disposal with 32-bit graphics and anti-aliasing. A number of skins are available with the installation, yet you can create one easily for yourself.
