The Pro edition of the EndTask family includes tools for blocking pop-up ads, managing tasks, monitoring system performance, monitoring your Internet connection and much more. Unlike other pop-up blockers, ours won't kill pop-up windows you want. Our unique software hides pop-ups and just shows information about them. With a simple mouse hover you can take a peek and decide whether to show them. Otherwise, pop-ups will be automatically blocked after a few seconds. The technology is invisible to sites that try to detect and foil blockers. Its design isn't based on a specific browser so it will work on most computers. There is no need to install any proxy servers or plug-ins. The Pro edition includes common features such as a "White list" and the classic "Instant-Blocker". Our task management software, like antivirus and firewall software, is critical for keeping your computer running like new. With numerous tools to monitor and control the code running on your machine, you can fine-tune your system and eradicate malware (trojans, spyware, adware, etc). The Pro edition logs vital information about your current and last Internet connection such as cost and speed, in addition to general statistics. You can record the duration an Internet connection was active for all types of Internet connections; i.e. the system was sending/receiving bytes. Also includes a Tracker bar which is a bar similar to windows taskbar that displays vital information such as your System performance and Internet speed in a small histogram. On shutdown, EndTask Pro will remind you if you forgot any media in any of your drives. Internet Connection speed, CPU/Memory usage, and Process CPU usage can be displayed as a histogram over the previous minute, or the average in the previous hour or day. We even have a smart reminder that notifies the user to walk around and take a break. It's important to relax and protect your invaluable health!
